Romeo and Juliet was a sad but interesting play. It’s partially tybalt’s fault because at the beginning of the story at the party Romeo snuck into a party and Tybalt told Lord Capulet and he said it's a party let him stay. Tybalt said, “Uncle, this is a Montague, our foe, A villain that is hither come in spite To scorn at our solemnity this night.” tybalt is saying that Romeo is a enemy and he’s at the party and he wants to get Romeo out the party. In conclusion Tybalt was a big role of why Romeo and Juliet died.…

Next, Juliet is dramatic which is often a trait of young teenagers. To further explain, when Juliet first met Romeo at the Capulet’s party she was clearly in love with him. At time of parting she did not know his name and wished meet him again. She attempted to get his name by asking Nurse, and while asking she demonstrated her dramatic nature, “Go ask his name. - If he be married,/ My grave is like to be my wedding-bed” (1.5.133-35). In this quote she said that if he was married she would die which is dramatic, and quite childish. Finally, Juliet shows that she is immature through her naivety of love. Juliet has had little experience with love, and that is shown when Romeo and Juliet decide to get married less than 24 hours from the time that they met. Romeo indirectly shows her naivety when he asks Friar Laurence to marry them, and Friar Laurence…

The First Transformation of The Story begins with Romeo. Romeo transforms almost entirely, and in the beginning of the story, all Romeo was a lovebird looking for love! In the beginning, Romeo wouldn’t hurt anybody or any or kill anyone for love, but near the end he would kill anybody for Juliet. Romeo transformation begins around Act 2. Precisely it begins act 2, scene 3, Lines 20-25. In these lines Romeo states that “inside the Little mind of this weak flower, there’s both poison and Powerful medicine” this quote is basically synthesizing that love can be good or evil. What he means by this is that loving Juliet can influence him with pain and hurt but Romeo does not care because all he wants is Juliet’s love. This was my first transformation. Also this is where Romeo turns for just wanting love too, going crazy for it.…

Romeo and Juliet have very different personalities and qualities, I think that might be why they fell in love to begin with. If you think about it Romeo and Juliet’s qualities can be seen in ourselves. I think that I may have a mix of both Romeo and Juliet in me. Romeo is extremely forward and likes to rush into things. For example when Romeo saw Juliet for the first time at the Capulet Ball he instantly fell in love, whether it was true love or not, he “just had to” meet her.…

In Romeo and Juliet, by Shakespeare, both of the main characters go through major changes in the way that they deal with situations and in their maturity. However, Juliet perhaps goes through the more violent and noticeable change between the two. While Juliet does have a major change in her maturity, it is more in a rebellious way of maturing, acting like the stereotypical teenager. Because of the change in independence, especially because it happened in a matter of days, she acts very rashly, ultimately leading to her suicide.…

Juliet’s revolution as a character occurs when she sees Romeo for the first time and instantly falls in love. Romeo brings new aspects into her life such as surprise and freedom, something Juliet previously had little of. This romance was new and exciting, especially for a young girl like herself. She expresses her decaying moral values when she says, “What I have spoke, but farewell compliment” (2.2 88) to Romeo after realizing her change. Juliet states she would be happy to keep up good manners but than would have to deny the things she has said. Juliet acknowledges to Romeo, that she is no longer pure and principled through her lack of manners. Juliet’s final display of a shift in character is when her and Romeo’s romance was deeper than ever. She expressed “O, I…

Romeo changes by the end of Act Two in the case of his maturity. He is first presented as a “lovesick puppy” over Rosaline, although he hardly knew her. He states “sad hours seem long” which shows him pining over Rosaline, whom he apparently ‘loved’. When he attends the Capulets’ party however, he then claims to have fallen in love with Juliet. This shows that he is a rather “fickle” character who perhaps doesn’t know the meaning of love. However by the end of Act Two, it seems that he remains firmly in love with Juliet, which shows that he has matured and no longer “loves only with his eyes”. He also shows more courage and bravery to love Juliet no matter the consequences. His attitude towards his friends changes as well and he is no longer as crude and jovial as them. He shows a more serious outlook on life. Although he does perhaps mature as the play progresses, his immature and impulsive behaviour remains as it was before. This recklessness is what leads to his banishment and death.…

Tybalt was the reason Romeo got banished from Verona. Tybalt came near Mercutio, Romeo and the other Montagues and started bothering them, which led to the death of Mercutio, Tybalt himself and the banishment of Romeo. Romeo being banished caused him and Juliet to not be able to see each other, which led them to grieve not being with each other. Tybalt said to Romeo, “Romeo the love I bear thee can afford no better term than this: thou art a villain” (846). Tybalt said these words to Romeo right before they got in a sword fight over the death of Mercutio. Tybalt was furious with Romeo entering the Capulet party and for wanting to marry his cousin, Juliet, which is why he challenged Romeo to the sword fight. Tybalt thought of Romeo as a villain when he never tried to take the time to realize the person Romeo really was. Tybalt also said, “I hate the word as I hate hell, all Montagues and thee” (790). When Tybalt said this phrase he meant that he hates all Montagues and just the word Montague itself. Tybalt never did realize that Romeo was only trying to be nice to him since he was going to be related to him through marriage, but Tybalt still gave him no chance. Along with Lord Capulet, Tybalt played the second major role in not only Romeo and Juliet’s lives but their deaths…
