A New World: The Impact of the Factory System and Mechanization
The Industrial Revolution gave rise to the factory system and mechanization. These new methods allowed countries such as Great Britain and the United States to keep up with demand for goods and to produce goods at lower prices, ultimately beneficial to both companies and consumers. The development of the factory system and mechanization gave rise to modern business tactics and spread to multiple industries. That mindset is present in society today, as previously unknown benefits of the factory system and mechanization along with technology are unearthed each and every day.
