How Did The Industrial Revolution Affect The World
The Industrial Revolution had a huge lasting effect on our world. We’ve benefited from it in several ways. The Industrial revolution has made the way we live today much easier. The Industrial revolution began in Britain during the late 1700's. By the1800s it had spread to other parts in Europe and to North America.Due to this we now have fuel efficient cars, cell phones, trains, and many other things we don't realize. The Industrial revolution has also affected the way we live and act. We may not recall much of this event but it has impacted us in many ways. Prior to the Industrial Revolution began we were living in a period of time in which things were manually made. You had less time to create the product, so less quantities were made; resulting in getting less money. The invention of the assembly line made Henry Ford reduced the time needed to create things. The invention of the telegraph by Samuel Morse allowed messages to be sent faster over a wire. These are some of the inventions made by brilliant inventor’s that contributed to the beginning and growth of the Industrial Revolution.
The Industrial Revolution also impacted our communities since then till now. Many factories started to open together to make manufacturing faster and easier. Many people started to move to these places in search for jobs. Due to so many people coming to these places, they started to build houses and stores around these factories; now they are known as cities today. Many cities started like this. Because of the industrial growth we are able to live like we do today.
The Industrial Revolution also impacted our social life and our safety. Our social life has been impacted by products like phones, which alter the way we live. Many creations like street signs and airbags have kept us safe. The growth of all this has made us a smarter generation, but we also rely greatly in the internet for all the answers.
