How Did The Industrial Revolution Make Life Better

During the late 1700s to the 1800s Europe was changing. Many technologies were being developed and made making life easier. Throughout this many factories were built, and numerous people invented something. Europe was in a revolution. This was no ordinary revolution, it was a the Industrial Revolution; a time of change for the better. The Industrial Revolution had a positive impact where working conditions were good, and overall the quality of living became better. When many factories were built during the Industrial Revolution somebody had to work the factories. Those people would be the factory workers. Many factories were built over the Industrial Revolution. This helped improve life “ The factory system led to a rise in the general standard of living, to a rapidly falling urban death rates and decreasing infant mortality” (Robert Hessen). The factory system which stated in the Industrial Revolution was able to produce more products quickly, and resulted in a rise in the standard of living. Furthermore, as there were numerous of inventions made it made life easier people were surrounded “With an infinite number of comforts and conveniences which had no existence two or three three centuries ago and those comforts are not used only by a few few, but are within the reach of almost all men” (The Working Man’s Companion). The new inventions/comforts were not something that were only available to the rich; many people had access to them. The Industrial Revolution had great change. The factory system led the increase of the standard of living, and led to many new comforts that were not even thought of before. With this it all made life improve. They no longer had to do things a harder way it became more efficient, and these technologies were available to any
