How Did World War Cause Ww2

World War 1 and World War 2 were two devastating wars that took place in the early to mid 20th century. World War one being the battle between the Allied and Central Powers, and World war two being the battle between the Allied and Axis Powers. The spark that ignited World War One being the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The spark for World War Two being Germany’s assault on Poland. Thousands of young men were killed in the trenches and battlefields of these two conflicts and the world was shaped by the outcomes. I will be talking about Six of the most important events in these wars that brought them to such infamy.
Not long into first World War in 1915 Germany began to use Chlorine Gas shells. Chemical warfare is one of the reasons behind the high fatalities of The First World War. Not long after these first attacks the allies also began fighting back with Chemicals. Due to the fact that most of World War One was fought in trenches these gas attacks proved themselves useful as it would be difficult to escape from their range
The Treaty of Versailles. The treaty itself is very complicated. The main points being that Germany was forced to take the blame for the entire war. They were forced to pay so much for the war that they only payed it off in 2010. The inflation caused sent Germany into a terrible depression. They were also barred from creating a sizeable military for a certain number of years. The political system of Germany was also changed. This also lead to Adolf Hitler a veteran and his party later coming to power, reform Germany’s military, and start the second world war. 21 years later in 1939 Germany lead by Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party would attack their neighbor Poland and plunge the world into another war.
