High water levels or low water levels in the Chequamegon Bay pose a threat to the infrastructure of the harbors, ports and marinas.
I would like to make an argument stating that the owners of these structures, should be responsible to make the changes necessary before any damage is done to docks, harbors and marinas: government monies should not be used when damage is done by climate change. Waiting for the “storm” to hit cost taxpayers money, insurance premiums to increase and the possibility of lives
lost.
