Have you ever asked yourself, how does mold (Fungi) grow? The world of fungi is so stunning and diverse. You can see mold in your fridge from time to time. Mold and other kinds of fungi are growing on your food, our fridge is where we do not want mold to grow. We all can see where mold grows in our fridge, usually it is in the produce. But did you know mold can grow almost about anywhere. You can see mold in the shower, garage and even you cupboards. We can stop mold growth by cleaning our fruits and vegetables before storing in the fridge. We also can stop mold growth by cleaning your bathrooms and other spots in you house that get humidity. Fungi eat by decomposing other organisms, they don't locate, sometimes they can be parasitic and use hosts to move around. Like if you see a log or a stick on the floor, leave it,comeback a few days later, Viola under the log or stick the underside of it will be deteriorating. Now move the log or stick to another log or stick, the mold will spread to the other stick or log. In nature the natural process will be produced with the help of animals. In my experiment I decided to see how does jello preserve and persist.

Such as apple, since people place fruit in jello all the time. My other question was how well do household cleaners actually clean? Since our jello was about growing mold I wanted to see, does harsh chemicals clean better that natural cleaners. Which one will retard the growth of the mold. I do not have a clear given hypothesis, but I have a great expetation on the presence of the apple and potato bread. For the cleaner specimen I do not have a clear guess on which one will do better. I suppose we will find out in the long run which one is better for your household, to retard mold
