How Does Technology Will Not Eliminate The Need For Government?
Technology will not eliminate the need for government, order is needed to keep everyone in line and technology cannot enforce that, whereas the government can. Without the government the world would be an insane place and people would be allowed to do whatever they pleased. By this occurring there would be people running around creating chaos everywhere, even if all people were to given a device that was protective, it would not keep everyone safe from all that. The creators might say it will ensure safety for everyone every day, but there is not a way the devices can be monitored every hour of the day. This is not like medieval times when the surfs worked for the kings, the people are allowed to move around place to place and it is not required to live in the same place or country. People work and taxes are collected and that goes toward the government. Occasionally people get the idea that the world would be safer if technology was used to protect rather than the government or other human beings.
