This has to go back to women were not allowed to vote. At one point, politicians did away with women’s right to vote. This led to politicians approving the fifteenth amendment. That means that it will disallow the right to have participation to vote due to ethnicity or race. Women would have the chance to vote as they formed an organization to help them fight for their beliefs. That was only a couple of issues to start, as politicians felt the need that they will select their own voter participants and requirements.
