Jogging or walking in a park or anywhere is more relaxable than to run in a treadmill alone. Sometimes, work and studying can be suffocating. John Dwyer, a research associate at the mortar arboretum in Lisle said that "Reasearch is telling us more and more about the relationship between trees and human health". He also said that, Increasing attention is being given to how green space can help problems related to abesity and lack of exercise.
