How often do you show respect to all on a daily basis? Respect is defined as: a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements. Showing respect has so many benefits for yourself and the person you are expressing it towards. Expressing that you truly care about others and take time and energy to express it, speaks a lot about yourself. Understanding respect is a hard concept to try and grasp.
