How Reflexology Affects The Body
Reflexology works with the central nervous system by adjusting the tension levels within the body. This enhances one's overall relaxation, brings internal organs and their system to an optimal level of functioning, increases the blood supply in the body; this brings additional oxygen and nutrients to cells. Reflexology reduces pain by first reducing stress and improving one's mood.
Reflexology keeps the vital energy needed in your body

To keep his message light-hearted, the author employs a number of invented words and false examples of medical research. One cannot help but laugh when reading how "reflexology" is a technique that heals every part of the body because it massages the foot, which connects to everything else. While this style of writing may make the audience laugh, it is also alive with social commentary. With his various outlandish claims and funny scenarios, the author parallels ridiculous and unfulfillable promises often made in the marketing industry.
