A school generally affiliated with a church that offers religious instruction for children, and adults as well, on Sundays. Sunday school classes are usually grouped off into age groups. This way, the teacher can teach the same lesson on the students' age level.

I believe the best way of doing this is through catechism. I also believe that having the Sunday Schools catechize all members together in Sunday school that as a church we would have doctrinal unity, a deeper understanding of God and our relationship to him, and as a church we would become a more effective tool for God in our community.
