How The Four Gifts Of Forgiveness Can Benefit Two Person
The four gifts are designed to help the dying person and their family member express their thoughts and feelings to promote healing in the relationship. Forgiveness is the first of the four, the first thing the person should do is express feelings of mistreatment by the other person. This is done to forgive and let go of the hurt and should be expressed during the conversation. However, forgiveness does not mean that the person action is acceptable but rather the person wants to free the resentment from their heart. Therefore, forgiveness can benefit both persons. Love is the next gift; this gift consists of expressing how much you love the other person. A great time to truly express what a person means to you is during the end of life stage.

When there is lack of communication many things can be broken, lost and uncertainty as to what needs to be done. The communication between supervisors has many different reasons for being important, ranging from making sure they know what need to complete certain task to be completed, making sure they do not waste resources and that subordinates are doing task correctly and safely. If a group of supervisors has a task to complete, it would be a waste of time to task multiple subordinates that are not need and could be accomplishing other tasks at the same time.
