How The Grinch Stole Christmas Theme

“How the Grinch Stole Christmas” is a well-known poem by Dr.Seuss that first evolved into a cartoon and then a feature length movie. In order to make that happen, there had to be a lot of changes and expansion to the original poem. Some of the critical areas that had to be addressed were the plot, the characters, setting, and dialogue. One of the first things one notices in the movie is the set. There was not much description of the setting in the poem, but as the movie was made the setting was remade and became more detailed. In the poem it says the grinch lived in a cave, in the cartoon they add some stuff to the cave like a door in and more details, In the movie it adds a couch , bed, and lots more details.
