How To Analyze And Evaluate Matts Business
This case is about a group of investors who have hired to me to analyze and evaluate matts business to see if it is worth investing in and if it is worth it for matt to go full time with this business opportunity or stay part time and keep his current full time job and salary. Some background on matt before i start my analysis of the case, he has a business degree from University of New Hampshire that he got in 1996. Right after he graduated he got a job at the Teradyne Corporation, after getting hired within two years he landed a job as a purchasing manager, where he would work a 12 hour shift go get food and come back and continue working. He then married his wife, and started looking at a opportunity in california.
