How To Analyze Your Argument
On 02/22/2015, at approximately 2241 hours, your Affiant observed a sedan travelling South on State Route 924 and entered Turkey Hill Parking lot.
While travelling behind the described vehicle your Affiant obtained the Pennsylvania license plate (JSH3869) and the owners driving license status.
Your Affiant identified the owner/operator (James MCMAHON from here on known as the defendant) to be suspended/revoked which was verified through PennDot driving records.
The said vehicle exited the Turkey Hill parking lot travelling North on Main Street (State Route 924).
Your Affiant observed dark tinted windows and conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of Main and Washington Streets.

During the pat down he stated that one of the items in his pocket was a pack of cigarettes.
I asked if I could see it to which he handed me the pack.
The cigarette pack contained an alligator clip which is commonly used for the purpose of holding rolled cannabis cigarettes (joints) for the purpose of inhalation of the drug.
The passenger was transported to the station by Officer Perry.
Once at the station Officer Perry walked the passenger inside the police department and while doing so he attempted to throw a large zip lock bag into the trash can while entering the building.
The plastic bag contained two synthetic bags of cannibis, one was black in color with a photo of the Hulk and lettering of the same and the other was a red bag with no logo or writing.
Both plastic bags contained synthetic cannabis.
The passenger was confronted about throwing it away and he advised it wasn't his, that it was in the vehicle he was in and he had the package secreted in the sleeve of his coat.

Your Affiant transported the operator (MCMAHON) to the station where a drug evaluation was conducted.
The drug evaluation and Defendan's statements indicated the operator was impaired by cannabis. He admitted to the use of the cannabis prior to being
