College is much different from my high school in so many ways. In my high school we was always on the same routine. We had four periods a day and first period started at 7:45 and we was on a block schedule meaning our classes was an hour and thirty minutes long. We had the same classes everyday so more learning during the day and less homework. Immediately after school we had football practice four days a week and played on Fridays. High school Is a good preparation for college, even though while in high school you will never expect what happens in college. In high school your parents were more involved in what go on in your daily life, whether you get in trouble in class or you get sick at lunch.…

Just because you're not in the in crowd doesn't mean you're not special or popular it just means that you’re not right to fit in that group unless you want to change completely and live a lie and be unhappy. When you enter those doors for the first you are kind of scared but see your friends and its OK. But as it goes on by your sophomore year you what to get out of this school, but by your senior year you will not want to leave. Enjoy the time you have here.…

As the years progressed and I reached middle school, I started cheering for the Harrisburg Cougars. Cheering for the Cougars was nothing like cheering for the Packers. Games were twice as crowded and the cheerleading squad was filled with plenty of girls. Everyone had to…
High school should be the time of your life. You should take the classes that you want and spend as much time with your friends. However, there are some high schools that don't provide as many opportunities as other schools contain. Some do not have the kind of money to even take care of the students and some don't even have enough books to educate them. I have had the privilege to learn in an environment that contains enough books and supplies for all of the students attending the schools. There were many classes that were open to me and one specific one that touched me the most was Spanish.…
Cheerleading is one of my most defining life experiences. The sport allowed me to explore not only my leadership qualities, but also my own mentorship abilities. From a newbie to cheerleading in middle school, I grew and developed into a role model on my cheerleading team in high school.…
I recall being the youngest girl, cheering with others several years older than me, when I began Area Youth Football cheerleading way back at the age of five. I had tried other sports such as soccer and basketball, however they didn't electrify me as cheerleading did. I instantly fell in love with the sport of cheerleading. To this day, I would not even consider changing my commitment to cheerleading, for it has positively influenced my life and taught me countless lessons that will stick with me forever.…
When asked the question, “How has cheerleading been an impact on your life?” many responses come to mind. Being a cheerleader since age 5, the sport of cheerleading has been my primary focus and has had a major positive influence on my everyday life.…
High school has been a good run so far. Junior year I met Gena, and we became great friends. Junior year I had a great group of friends. I was always grounded so I had to sneak around and plan ways to get away from the house to hang out with them. I always got my phone taken away and out of boredom I taught myself how to…
Have you ever thought about cheerleading? I’ve only done cheerleading for the 7th grade middle school football season, but i’ve had so much fun! In the beginning of the football season, I was a base while stunting. Close to the end of the football season I became a back because of a serious problem that I had. Throughout the football cheerleading season I had an enormous amount of mistakes, and I know i will make more in basketball season.…

High school is a place totally different from Middle school. High school is a place where it would be the best or worst four years of your life, and maybe change who you are. I remember in middle school I would be very outgoing and not care what people thought, but for some reason I do care now.…
A lot will change, for sure. But the memories, the fun, the experiences... It all can't be taken away just like that. High school life is still the best ever. Here, we can feel the hardships, sense of responsibility, the fun of life, the game of love, the puzzle of choices, the mending of heartaches, the signal to move on, the time that we are being pressured, the friends we can talk to, the teachers we once both loved and hated, the events we will never forget.…
Looking back now, I can see that people were right when they said that my high school years would be the best years of my life. Most teenagers complain that their lives are unfair and that high school is the worst part. I know this to be true because I have done my share of complaining. Even though I have many responsibilities, probably more than most people my age, my teenage high school years have been very carefree and enjoyable compared to future years as an adult and I have learned many life lessons through out my years in high school that will prepare me for many of life's challenges. I know that even though I have complained and have looked forward to graduating, I will miss being in school. So, I have to say that my high school years are the best years of my life.…
