How to choose industrial steam boiler
With the steam needed for industrial production, more and more demand for industrial boilers also increase. Industrial steam boiler can take natural gas, coal, biomass, oil as fuel. ZG is a professional industrial steam boiler can according to the needs of customers’ development and reasonable conduct to manufacture industrial steam boilers for them.

In the purchase process of industrial steam boiler, companies need to pay attention to the technical parameters of the model of the boiler, which is the basis of the reference that companies need to focus on. This article from the rated evaporation of industrial steam boilers (t / h), rated steam pressure (MPa), rated steam temperature (℃), water temperature (℃), applicable to analyze industrial steam boilers:

Rated evaporation:
Rated evaporation refers to industrial steam boiler’s steam production per unit of time, generally in tonnes or kilograms as a unit. In the purchase of industrial steam boilers, The most important thing is to understand the power of a steam boiler, which is the nominal amount of evaporation.

Rated steam pressure:
Rated steam pressure is the pressure of the steam, the steam used in various processes or other aspects are required to have a certain amount of pressure with steam. Meanwhile, since we are generally usually use saturated steam, saturated steam pressure and the steam temperature of the steam to a constant ratio, so we generally use a control pressure is to control the temperature of steam of the steam.
Rated steam temperature:
In the technical parameters of industrial steam boiler, steam pressure and steam temperature is corresponding. In 1.25MPa, the temperature of the steam generated in the steam pressure is 194 ℃. If necessary to control the steam temperature, steam pressure can be controlled to achieve.
Water temperature:
Water temperature is added to industrial steam boiler’s water temperature.
Applicable fuel:
Industrial steam boilers are available for

The essay “Those Unnerving Ads Using ‘Real’ Woman” was written by Meghan Daum, a novelist and essayist who publishes a weekly column to the Los Angeles Times. In this article the author emphasis that the "real" models are more appreciated rather than those women with imperfect body types in Dove “Real Woman for Beauty” advertising campaign. She claims that this commercial is not appreciated because Dove models are too closely related to ordinary women which make them feel uncomfortable when seeing this ad. The author supports her argument with interesting example of a bedroom which may be messy and ugly but represents intimacy and comfort. What she meant by this is that science models with unrealistic body types are generic, they do not invade…

The media, especially songs on the radio, often reflect many different types of preconceptions of relationships. This can be seen in a lot of modern songs one might hear on the radio. For this assignment I choose to use the social exchange theory to analyze a song that fit with what that theory describes. According to the textbook, social exchange theory is “the idea that people’s feelings about a relationship depend on their perceptions of its rewards and costs, the kind of relationship they deserve, and their chances for having a better relationship with someone else” (Aronson, Wilson, Sommers, & Akert, 2016, p. 520). The social psychologists that first discovered the social exchange theory are John Thibaut and Harold Kelley.…

The nitrogen is now expanded to a pressure of 100 kPa polytropically with a polytropic exponent whose value is equal to the specific heat ratio (called isentropic expansion). Determine the final temperature and the boundary work done during this process. 8. A mass of 5 kg of saturated water vapor at 300 kPa is heated at constant pressure until the temperature reaches 200°C. Calculate the work done by the steam during this process. 9.…

This Aspen Plus model simulates the production of acetic acid by low pressure methanol carbonylation in the presence of a heterogeneous rhodium (Rh) catalyst and the promoter methyl iodide. It is intended to resemble the Chiyoda/UOP Acetica™ process, a novel heterogeneous methanol process for the production of acetic acid. This technology is based on a heterogeneous Rh catalyst in which the active Rh complex is chemically immobilized on a polyvinylpyridine resin. In the Aspen Plus model, the plant (base case) is designed to produce 800 million lb/yr (363,000 t/yr) of acetic acid from methanol carbonylation. The process consists of both the carbonylation and purification sections. Results from the Aspen Plus simulation shows that the purity of acetic acid obtained is 98.4%. Vent gas (4,304 lb/hr) from two absorbers and heavy by-products (1,150 lb/hr) from the bottom of the heavy-ends stripper are sent to incinerator. The process also generates approximately 65,000 lb/hr of low-pressure (150 psig)…

This experiment was carried out to determine the relationship between the pressure and the temperature of saturated steam in equilibrium. Besides that this experiment was also done to demonstrate the vapor pressure curve. The marcet Boiler was used for this experiment. When the pressure increases, the temperature also increases. Therefore, the relationship of pressure and temperature is directly proportional. The derived formulae and the data were used to calculate the slope. The dT/dP measured was compared with the data in the steam table. Theoretically, the values measured should be almost the same with the predicted values. However, at certain points, the values are not the same. This may because of the errors made in the experiment…
