How To Commitment To Core Values In Social Work Practice
So far, the process of completing my 70 days on placement , has looked like a marathon to me. Sometimes, I was pushed to my limits, being forced to test my ability to bounce back , to adapt to all the new situations and experiences to' bend with the wind' and 'to develop the emotional resilience to manage the challenges that I had to face'. (Laming ,2009).
Most of the learning experiences offered by my current placement constituted ideal opportunities to help me to demonstrate effective use of knowledge, skills and commitment to core values in social work practice. Even if some of them were initially with a low degree of difficulty, progressively with my O.S.S and P.E support , I have started to undertake different tasks with a different
