How to debug and maintain vibrating feeder
Due to the principle feeder relatively simple, so long as the principle of control over their work and structure , under the theoretical guidance , combined with practical experience will be able to maintain good electromagnetic vibrating feeder maintenance and debugging. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a more complete particle orientation forced vibration double elastic system . The entire system is operating in a low critical resonance state, it is simple structure , stable, low power consumption , widely used in the cement industry , but for now the use of some units , the more common are improper maintenance , work status is unstable , use Transmission capacity after a period of decreased materials and other issues . Coupled with the maintenance of the right not to debug , resulting in poor stability of the equipment , which seriously affect the normal production .
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder adjustment , commissioning mainly to adjust the gap electromagnet core , dual particle adjust spring plate connected to the group , debugging.
1 , the air gap between the armature of the electromagnet core and tuning
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder in the core and the size of the air gap between the armature directly affect the normal operation of the feeder , such as improper adjustment , the light so that the current increase, the amplitude is reduced and can not operate normally , severe collisions will produce core cause damage to the core and coil. Therefore, regular inspection and adjustment of the air gap is an important condition to ensure operation .
2, dual particle adjust spring plate connected group
The amplitude of the trough , there are two factors: First, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder size of the force , the second is the frequency of the feeder 's own natural frequency . According to the principle of mechanical resonance vibration known, and only when and to the natural frequency of the excitation frequency electromagnet feeder near

    2. On the ends of the variable gap magnet there were two small magnetic disks. One arm of the magnet was unscrewed and removed from its housing. A meter stick was placed on the and the arm was on its side parallel to the meter stick. The Gauss-Tesla meter was used to measure the field strength of the magnet. The probe attached to the meter was perpendicular to the meter stick. There were 4 steps to this process:…

First the circuit was connected and the fuction generator output was set to the triangle signal with the aplitude about 75% of the max. The axial measurement was selected on te magnetic field probe. The pickup coil was inserted into the center of the solenoid in such a way that both axes were parallel. With the magnetic field sensor held at the center of the pick up coil the sensor was tarred to discount the ambient magnetic field . The magnetic field for the solenoid was then recorded for…
