Introduction
Knowing your behavior style and listening style is very important. It determines on how well you will work with others, how you will deal with certain situations, and how you go about getting stuff done. Knowing your styles also show what things you could work on to help change yourself into a good team member and employee. It also can help you identify other employees' styles so you can avoid things that they fear and that will case trouble in the work place.

This way they can understand the rationale of the argument. She also prefers to organize and make sense out of the information being provided. Kim also likes to relate what she hear to her own personal experiences. She also asks questions to clarify a speaker's intention. All these characteristics that Kim possesses are the same characteristics that would determine Kim's primary listening style Comprehensive Listening.
Comprehensive listeners usually can figure out what people intend to say, even if they're not explicit about it. A comprehensive listener can explain something to someone else after it has been explained to them. When listening to take direction or determining what to do after listening to the directions, comprehensive listening is the appropriate listening approach to use.
The purpose of comprehensive listening is to organize and make sense of information. The motivation of comprehensive listeners is to relate the message to your own personal experience, understand relationships among ideas, determine the rationale of the speaker's argument, and to listen for the main idea and supporting ideas. The behavioral indicators of comprehensive listeners is that they elaborate on what has been said, they ask for clarification of the sender's intended message, they bring up related issues, they summarize frequently, and they explain the message to others in his/her own …show more content…
Once the solutions are established then we can begin to agree on the solutions that will be acted upon. This would be mutually agreed on so everyone has to be on the same page to successfully solve the problem at hand.
Once the solution is put in place it is important to follow up immediately and continuously to see if the solution is working and that the problem is being solved. Also we need to recognize any achievements that have been reached and acknowledge those that are doing the right thing.
This will help motivate the workers and get them to work harder and better and this will also help those that are less motivated to work harder. To help communicate the goals we would come up with a plan that will help motivate all employees so the will want to achieve all the goals that have be put into place.
