― Dan Millen
What is stress? Stress is great tension and pressure that are built inside our minds because we have a problem of acceptance , accepting life events , sometimes we call it twist of fate. How harmful can stress affect our lives? It can cause great physical and psychological illness. Some of the tools that can relieve stress are music , sports , relaxation and meditation(Yoga..). First of all ,music and sports establish a magnificent combination which clears the mind from stress and pressure. Furthermore, music transcends our spirits to an imaginary world , where we forget our worries and problems as we lose track of time. Last year , I was finally able to deal with a problem with a friend after a long run while listening to music. Have you ever enjoyed a Yoga class? Yoga works miracles to the body as it stretches the muscles and vents stress. Last summer , I joined a Yoga class with a friend of mine ; it had a remarkable effect on me. Moreover , Herbs , aromas and natural oils can have an immense outcome if they are utilized under a musical spell in a relaxing spa session ; such an exquisite aura calms the nerves , melts the stress and enriches the senses.
All in all , despite the hardship of life that cause stress and pressure , we must always surmount these difficulties , employing all tools possible to alleviate any provocative stress , which sets off suffering and hinders our enjoyment of life.

In the text “Is music a good tool for health?” by Elizabeth Scott, the author explains how research has demonstrated the positive effects of music on bodies and minds. Nowadays there are many new programs in health care facilities that use music therapy, which uses music in form of therapy to heal people. The use of this method has been successful that even hospitals have started to use music therapy on some of their patients, who develop problems with depression, muscle tension, stress and to motivate them. Researchers have found that music beats send stimulating waves to the brain and by increasing and decreasing the beats they can control people’s emotions. A strong beat will keep you alert and a slow one will calm you down. Because music can control your heart rate, your body automatically experiences relief, and that’s why music and music therapy prevent and relieve stress and anxiety disorders.…
