How to Repair the Seams of the Jaw Crusher in the Welded Stander
How to repair the seams of the jaw crusher in the welded stander
The manufacture process of jaw crusher stander is complex, sometimes the welding will generate the welding seams during production, for the welding seams, how to deal with them?I will share the methods about how to repair the welding seams of the jaw crusher in the welded stander .

1.Keep the electrode dry and the weldment clean

Choose the electrode E 5017 which has the better crack resistance , the temperature in the drying box is 350-350 ℃.Two hours of drying, the dried electrodes are mounted into the preservation box for use at any time , rigorously clean the oil and impurities in the range of 50-100 mm near the weld groove before welding them and grind the electrodes until the metallic luster appears with hand wheels .

2.The dehydrogenation treatment of preheat and post weld .

Preheat the workplace to 150 ℃ before welding,After welding the workplace ,heat them to 300-400 ℃ for 1 hour ,then cover them with the asbestos to buffer them to room temperature.

3.The reasonable weld and welding sequence.

Adjust the weld and welding sequence ,turn the straight weld into the symmetrical, segmented, backward and multi-layer narrow pass weld, by adjusting the welding sequence to prevent deformation ,and reduce the welding stress , besides the cover layer and physical layer, after each layer of welding road is welded, the stress must be eliminated by hammer beat .

Ventilation is a major factor when welders are in confined spaces. Ventilation exhausts the fumes into the open where it will not harm people. Welders must also worry about electrocution. Any person who has welded for some time knows that it doesn’t take much to get shocked all it takes is for your body to ground out on the metal that is being welding. A welder can get grounded to metal easily if it is raining or the metal is wet and you have exposed skin touching the item being welded.…

Most people thing Fire, and water, are something that can not come together in a friendly and productive way. However, it all starts with a chamber, most refered to as the “Hyperbaric Chamber”. The habitats that are selected to be used for welding, have slight bumps in the water surface, giving the welder/welders, a slight chamber of air to work with down underwater for the equipment. There are two teams needed for an underwater welding job to get done, the welding team, which usually consists of two or three welders, and the surface team. The surface team is up their with radios, and a pump, that both communicate with the welders and divers, and also they are continuously pumping more air to them, the more air they have to work with, the more comfortable they are and also the better the work down there. The continuous fluctuation of air down in the chamber allows most of the toxic fumes to be thrown out. Without this, the welders would more than likely suffocate and die. The electrode consists of the cathode (negatively charged) and the Anthodia (Positively charged), and around the electrode is a water proofed coating. Without this type of welding, many bridges and different buildings, and docks, would have never been…
