The store will be fully restocked and closed to the general public, so that the students may stock up on any last minute school supplies they might need before the finals season starts. Grandson of Target founder George Dayton, Edwin Dayton will be giving opening remarks on the mission of the company and the importance of Education.
After the introduction the doors to the store will be opened
to all students with ID or proof of enrollment to either institution. The students will be able to shop throughout the store for school supplies, late night snacks, dorm must haves, or things they may have to restock, while enjoying the music of a live DJ.
Towards the end of the event to students will make their way to the check out aisles where they will receive 10% off of all their purchases. Some guest will get Target gift cards or vouchers for free care packages.
Once all students are checked out and satisfied they will be prompted to make their way towards the parking lot to their cars or to busses available to take them back to campus.
