How To Write A Letter To Kyra Palm

I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Kyra Palm. I was Kyra’s Family and Consumer Science teacher and Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America adviser. Kyra showed me, through her class work and participation, that she is a hard-working and considerate young person. I had the pleasure of working with Kyra outside of school through several FCCLA activities. Kyra was a member that I knew I could depend on. From baking cookies for the troops to making posters to advertise a chapter activity, or volunteering to work concessions Kyra was always willing to help out!

Kyra was enrolled in several of my classes. Through her class work and participation I personally witnessed her kindness towards others, but also her high
expectations for herself. In Basic Foods, she had to work with a different partners each time they cooked. As a freshman that isn’t always easy, the class is made of different grade levels. Kyra was willing to work with anyone, even if she didn’t know the other student very well. If Kyra missed a class, I would always get an email asking about what she missed. Her high expectations and determination put her on a higher level than other students. But her kindness and positive attitude is what always made her a joy to have in class. Kyra is a remarkable young woman and would be a valuable and worthwhile contribution to your organization. It is a privilege to write this letter of recommendation on her behalf.
