That is one of my qualities that makes me unique my past. Another unique quality that will aid in the type of leader I would like to be includes my relentless demeanor to not give on things, I would like to carry and will carry that over to the point that I will not give up on a subordinate. I want to be (THE), emphasis on the, supervisor to go to for talking, fixing problems, and outstanding job knowledge. I want my subordinates to know that I care and will help them and guide them towards excellence at and away from work in any and every possible way that I can. Stated earlier this is why that same though and notation keeps floating around in my head that I still have a vast amount to still work on, learn, and develop to be the type of leader I plan on
