Introduction
[Attention Getter]- You are taking a selfie right? Then you see that your teeth are all messed up and crooked.
Wouldn't you want to fix that and have perfect teeth?

[Listener Relevance]- By going to your local orthodontics you can change the way your teeth look in a short period of time depending the way your teeth are.
According to the Academy of General Dentistry, “An ideal time for placement of braces is between 10 and 14 years of age, while the head and mouth are still growing and the teeth are more accessible to straighten.”

[Speaker Credibility]- When I was about 12 years old, I noticed that my overbite, which is when your upper front teeth stick out over the lower teeth, was really bad and that I needed to see an orthodontist.

Transition to Main Point #3- After a year or two of taking care of your braces you will finally get the chance to get them off.
[Main Point #3]- Getting your braces off will be exciting and educational.
Once you get there they will make sure that everything is good so that they can take them off.
First orthodontist will start by taking off the braces.
They will begin with taking off your chain and opening up the bracket so that they can take out the wire.
After taking off the wire they clip off the bracket and grind off any glue that is stuck to your teeth.
When they are done grinding off the glue you will get to brush your teeth and have a look at your new straight teeth.
Once again your teeth will feel weird without your braces on them.
It will feel like your mouth is empty.
Your teeth may also have this slimy feel to them when you run your tongue over them.

Your orthodontist will educate you and teach you how to use your retainers.
