1. INTRODUCTION
This study is a self-reflection and a 360 evaluation of my leadership style and other leadership attributes. Leadership-If any one can persuade and inspire others from his style, so it means he has very attractive leadership style. For a leader it’s necessary to rotate the actions and job on specific time on these changing surroundings of this responsibility world Self-reflection is consistent with being self-awareness and it helps for an appropriate understanding of you for good management of people living in the society. It involves in illuminating who you are and creates self-awareness for a proper management of ones self and others.
This study consists of self-assessments and 360 assessments by others. The personal assessments determines how I see in my opinion (my leadership style) while the others assessments will indicate how others view my leadership style. There are overall of 17 self-assessments while in the others assessment, for my self awareness and my skills in leadership.
2. METHODOLOGY
The self-assessment and 360 evaluation were conducted using a diagnostic instruments from the "Leading and Managing People Study Guide" including the instruments from the text. The instruments include:
