At your company, you work on all HRM responsibilities, and have been asked to join a committee to present a report on management challenges. This report must include challenges, possible causes, and a plan for addressing them.
Select one to two articles on HRM challenges.
Write a 350- to 500-word report about these challenges. Format your report consistent with APA guidelines

Week 1 DQ 1: What do you think are emerging critical competencies for HR managers? What are the most important skills? Why are these skills important?

Week 1 DQ 2: Why is it important for HR managers to realize the importance of human assets? How do human assets contribute to a competitive advantage? In what ways do HR managers ensure employees are satisfied and the company has highly skilled staff?

Select a company that interests you. Each team member must research one company as a prospective focus for the final project.
Research the company’s HR website for internally and externally disseminated documents, mission and vision statements, and the company’s core competencies.
Review each member’s organizational research and core competencies, and choose your company.
Write a 200- to 350-word memo that summarizes your choice for a division you will focus on in creating your strategic HRM plan. Provide the division’s name, core competencies, and an explanation of your choice.
