Guaranteed pay is an employee's hourly wages or set salary, while variable pay is contingent on performance generally in the form of bonuses or incentives.
2. Benefits
HR is responsible for managing the benefits packages offered by the business. Various health care plans, profit sharing information and pensions are among the offering of many companies. The HR professionals need to have a clear understanding of these varied benefits, help make determinations on the best package for their company and be proficient at explaining these benefits to the staff.
3. Recruitment
