INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this report is to present an in depth experience of an on the job training in narration at one of Angeles City’s prime hotel, Century Hotel.
Although still referred to as a Province of Pampanga, Angeles City has seen many improvements and is locally classified as a first class, highly urbanized City here in the Philippines. The City has endured the rage of the Mt. Pinatubo eruption back in the early 90’s which also led to the pullout of the largest US Base military facility outside of the continental United States at the then Clark Economic Freeport Zone which significantly affected the City’s Economy. Years from that faithful day, reemerged the City and now known as Clark Special Economic Zone has managed to be a hub for business, aviation, tourism in the Philippines as well as fitness, entertainment and gaming center of central Luzon. With this timely spur of opportunity many hotels, restaurants and businesses opened and one of which is CENTURY HOTEL, Located at the heart of Angeles City situated at the Century Complex, Balibago, Angeles City.

Century Hotel has been providing incomparable guest service for both business and leisure travelers for more than two decades now. The hotel has seen the rise and devastation of the city and still managed to keep up with the ever changing demands of the clients they cater to. The Hotel has recently undergone renovation into matching the global standards through their new contemporary room collections. The company that is built on a solid family reputation now being managed by: ____________ the family business has reflected profitability by providing excellence in the food, hospitality, and leasing industries. The hotel offers ____ types of room; the Superior Queen Room, ___________ and __________room. All rooms feature ___________________________. The hotel also offer an array of leisure activity such as a quick dip on their pool, a visit at their gym and as the Casino is located
