1. Objective is to ensure these students are still learning and improving their English skills along the way.
2. Pre-testing would be implemented to see where they stand and how far they still need to go.
a. They would implement this through interviews and surveys taken by the students and their parents as well.
b. Surveys will also be taken by the teaching staff to ensure both students and faculty is on the same track.
3. Create a timeline as to where they are at on their skills and to where they need or should be along the way.
a. During this time evaluations will need to take place as mentioned above through interviews and surveys.
b. Post-testing will also need to be implemented at the end of the courses to ensure they got the knowledge they needed out of the classes.
4. A project-wide evaluation plan will be in place to help ensure the process is continuing on the correct path.
