Many people only give credit to those who are front and center, the ones on stage. The team captain or the club president receives the credit and acclaim rather than the rest. This reveals that society believes only leaders are awarded for their work, excluding the rest of the players and members. However, those who are labeled followers should be acclaimed to the same degree. True humans are those that lead themselves. Fully realized human beings understand what a leader is and what a follower is and assume either of the dispositions according to each situation. Unlike Colonel Sherburn in Adventures of Huckleberry Finn believes, fully realized human beings can be either leaders or followers, whichever role they deem is most necessary based
on their evaluation of their capabilities and the situation at hand.
