The written report delivered to the lead stakeholders demonstrated accountability by providing a detailed account of the data collection methodologies, graphs, interviews and surveys. It was a written summary concluded from a mix of qualitative evaluation methods and quantitative evaluation methods. It also included the recommendations. The number one recommendation is to open a new Ronald McDonald House in Savannah. Although the RM Family Rooms inside the hospitals provide great services, the original program centered around the Savannah House. A house will offer 13 or more bedrooms and will allow many more families a place to stay near the hospitals treating their children. The Savannah RMHC house is located across the street from another local hospital, Memorial University Medical Center. Several areas of the thirteen bedroom home had mold, and the house was closed not long before the evaluation started. All the families were moved to nearby hotels funded by RMHC while the contamination was addressed. A large fund drive was already in operation to raise donations for a new Ronald McDonald Family Room inside Memorial University Medical Center before the mold discovery and closure of the house across the street. A ribbon cutting ceremony was scheduled for the opening a month after the closure of the Savannah
