IV. COURSE DESCRIPTION :
This course is orieted toward developing a better understanding of human behavior and using that knowledge to help people be more productive and satisfied in organizational setting. The primary values characterizing this field include: a) an emphasis on establishing cause and effect relationship; b) a commitment to change; c) a humanistic concern for people; d) a concern for organizational effectiveness; and e) a reliance on empirical research and the scietific method.
V. GENERAL OBJECTIVES : During and after the course, the students are expected to enhance his/her knowledge on the fiedl of organizational behavior and the various research strategies that it employs. Student will receive extensive exposure tot h scientific method, various research methodologies, and the use of academic research journals.
