Besides, each hotel’s promise to all guests is simple yet meaningful. Whenever customers stay with a Sunway Hotels and Resorts’ property, they will feel at home, relaxed and comfortable. It feels familiar, where the organisation knows them, not just their name, but other perceptive little details about them that will make them stay special.
In the other hand, Sunway Hotels and Resorts will engage guests with warm intuitive service, personal-personalised attention and authenticity at every opportunity, along with crisp, prompt and efficient service.
