A. To enhance your understanding and appreciation for the accomplishments of the Ancient World, take a look at the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Visit a website or websites to explore these structures, compile a list of the seven wonders, and give a brief description, purpose, and location of each. Also explain where the list came from.
Then answer the following questions:
1. Which of the wonders still exist, if any?
2. Which do you find most impressive and why?
B. Next visit a website or websites with the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Once again compile a list and give a brief description and the location of each.
Then answer the following questions:
1. You should have found more than one list for the Modern Wonders. Give two different sources and comment on why there is more than one list.
2. Which of these Modern Wonders do you find most impressive and why?
3. How do these wonders compare to those of the Ancient World?
C. Next, visit a website or websites with the Seven Wonders of Georgia and compile a list and give a brief description.

I. Greek Myths and Legends
All cultures create myths to explain the origins of the earth, its people, and the places and objects in their worlds. Legends tend to glorify heroes. Take a closer look at Greek mythology. Find a myth that intrigues or interests you, summarize it in writing and explain why you found this particular myth interesting and whether it has any relevance to today’s world.
