the past four years of your life and as you look around, smile because we all made it together. Remember the good times and the bad too, but most of all remember the times we all had together. The times you forgot your homework and told your teacher the dog ate it, the times you spent with your friends, the times you laughed, and the times you cried. These memories can never be forgotten for they are all etched in to our heads. Now, let's take our knowledge from the past four years of our high school career, and use it as a foundation for the future. Remember when you were a freshman saying, "Wow, I can't wait to graduate." Well, we are all here graduating today, yes the future is finally here and it will be our past in a few hours. So look into the future and see the positive results that the class of 2005 can do together. As freshman year began we all were a little bit scared entering such a big high school. To top that was 9/11, a day we will never forget. This day was a very serious day for all of us. We were all trying to figure out who had done such a thing and what might happen because of this disaster that occurred. I still can remember where I was that day. I was in health class and all of a sudden there was an announcement that the world trade center had been hit by an airplane. I was devastated along with the rest of you sitting amongst me today. As sophomore year came along it was easier for all of us to find our way around. During our sophomore year there was a lot of fire drills. These fire drills were even 2 or 3 times in one day. The most baffling thing around school was who pulled the fire alarm. Since no one usually knew who pulled the alarm, it was a mystery for all of us. Then came junior year, and we all started to get tired and couldn't wait till senior year came around.
Most of all, everyone had a good time laughing at the Halloween costumes. There were kids dressed as the president, there were guys dressed as girls, and the administration was dressed up too. Finally senior year came around, we were all happy to be seniors. Early in the year there was a fellow classmate who died from a car accident. This left the senior class in tears, for he could no longer graduate with us and remember that day for the rest of his life. But along with every one of us he will be graduating, because our memories of him as a class can never be forgotten. I'd now like to end with a quote from the song all star by smashmouth, "Hey now you're an all star get your game on go play, hey now you're a rock star get the show on get paid." Use your knowledge wisely; we all are winners, now that we are moving on in life. Yes, we are getting older, and time is flying by, but hey remember the good times we had together as a class. Remember all the senior activities we did together, then remember that today is our last day here, so look around at the people sitting with you on this vary day, and take all those memories with you into the
future.
