    The United States Army has many different forms of ordering systems put in place in order to give the proper support for any situation. The Supply Support Activity also known in the supply world as the SSA is the principal way to order all types of tools, parts, supply items and any other stuff the company or unit will required. In the company supply level these orders can be place in several ways. Blasting is known as one of the most common forms to order items, this happens by logging in into P-buse and order items through P-buse. Most items are already loaded into the system and all that is needed is to enter the National Stock Number (NSN), if by any reason the National Stock Number cannot be found, a user created upload can be done by fed-loging the item or looking it up on sites such as webflis. A walk-thru can also be done by completing a DA Form 2765-1. The Supply Support Activity will track all these items in their box and hand out monthly or bi-monthly Reconciliation Reports. The Reconciliation Reports list all the items that the Supply Support Activity is tracking that are being order. It is the job of the company supply representative to proof read the items and double check to see if the items have been received or need to be cancelled due to any circumstances. All the items in the Reconciliation Report are tracked by document numbers. The Supply Support Activity also has a very important function from the big Army point of view, it helps keep control of the supply command discipline program. Depending of the deployment and locations units will have restricted items. It is the function of the Supply Support Activity to automatically identify those items and notify the unit that the orders were cancelled due to whatever circumstance.
