other areas. When finished with his morning hygiene, Jordan self-advocated for a snack that he desired. Jordan consumed his snack and then had some independent leisure time until work.
Jordan arrived at work and was given a preference assessment to determine what he wanted to work for. Jordan was reminded of safety before entering the building. When arriving, Jordan greeted the receptionist and then navigated to the time clock. Staff assisted Jordan with clocking in, by aligning the punch card under the designated date. Jordan navigated to the kitchen where staff assisted him with putting on his gloves. Jordan was prompted to initiate his work tasks by obtaining the silverware rack, and then the silverware holder. Jordan initiated loading the dish washer by dumping the silverware and then loading another dish rack with plates and bowls. While loading, Jordan was reminded of when each rack became too full. Jordan was also shows dirty dishes that needed to rewash. Jordan worked fairly quickly through each rack and was provided edibles and social praise for his diligence. When finished with all of his tasks, Jordan cleaned up his area, washed his hands and navigated back to the time clock. Jordan was able to clock out with staff assistance and head back to the van.
After work, Jordan was given some visuals to create a grocery list.
Jordan navigated into the local ACME, and obtained a cart. Jordan had 1 item to obtain on his list and was able to locate the correct isle and food, but needed assistance locating a specific brand. Jordan was prompted to locate and open line through which he needed some guidance with navigating. Jordan loaded the belt with his item and paid for it by swiping his card. Jordan returned to 318 Washington and prompted to begin his meal prep. Staff read the directions to Jordan and assisted him with using the microwave. Jordan quickly consumed his meal and then cleaned up his area before packing his bag for the gym. Jordan was able to pack everything needed for the gym except his towel. Before leaving, Jordan took his medication while staff monitored for safety. Jordan went to the YMCA and reciprocated greeting with the receptionist upon arrival. Jordan got dressed in the locker room and then navigated to the fitness area. Jordan located his machine but needed light guidance to navigate the settings on it. Jordan had some frequent stops in order to gain staffs attention. Jordan was redirected back to his workout after each stop. When engaged in his workout and exhibiting appropriate behavior, Jordan was praised and provided edible reinforcements. Jordan returned to the locker room to take his shower. Jordan was able to follow his shower sequence with very few prompting. When finished, he got dressed and headed
back to 318 Washington to unpack his gym bag. Jordan then took his afternoon medication, while staff monitored for safety. Jordan returned to 100 E. Lancaster ave. to engage in some independent leisure until it was time to transition.
