I Want To Join The NHS
In order to be a member of the National Honor Society, one must show qualities of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. I believe, as a hard-working, committed individual, that I possess these qualities. I want to join the NHS because I want to use my knowledge to benefit others, broaden my experiences, promote service towards the school/community, and academic achievement.
Throughout first grade to tenth grade, I’ve been very committed to schoolwork. During my elementary and middle school years, I have received A Honor Roll awards and Principal’s List awards. As the years went by, my grades were in the 90’s to 100’s, considering that I participated in sports and other activities since sixth grade. I have also taken Biology, U.S. History, and Algebra 1 online last year and Language Arts III currently.

I have been the captain of Kanoa Women’s B Team and Cadet Class Leader during 8th grade. In my team, I have more experience, so I always motivate and guide them on the pitch. I enjoy sharing my knowledge that I have gained during my National Team trainings and helping my team improve. In group works, I direct others what to do because it comforts me knowing that everyone is contributing and not letting one person do everything. Moreover, I like taking initiative, such as getting things done and being responsible. I can’t help, but at least do more effort than the rest because I am somewhat a perfectionist. I am very dedicated and committed to activities such as school, soccer, and other extracurricular activities. I have been in Kanoa Football Club and NMI National Team since 2015. In addition, I have been a member of MHS Futsal Club since 2016 and I am currently the historian. It is a very new club, so I hope my fellow officers and I will be able to develop it further, and encourage other schools to participate in our
