A centralized system will be the best policy to adopt. This system will have been able to receive, process and monitor the idea of delivering the orders to its clients. Data are integrating, and modern analytical devices will be the best in this procedure. These implementations require detailed and proper understanding of the technology because there are other external companies which are linked to VTB for instance, Calyx Flowers is a foreign company that supplies flowers to VTB, there should a better system and technology how the orders made will be disseminated from VTB to this foreign companies so as to deliver the products to the company as well as provide to the customer ("American-Made Personalized Teddy Bears, Birthday Gifts, Get Well Gift Ideas | Vermont Teddy Bear Company", 2017).
Recommendations to Increase Market Share and Customer Focus
VTB will stand out if it focuses on efficiently integrating data and also adopting the use of logical devices so as to ease coordination of making orders, processing the order, delivering the order, as well advertisement of its products (Gogan & Lewis, 2011). This will provide as centered approach as well as improve its profits margins. VTB should also think of introducing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
