Ice Fishing Research Paper
The most special place to me is my hometown, New Hampshire. I was born in New England, New Hampshire, but grew up in a small town known as Newport. There are many special and unusual things about New Hampshire. Many things that even someone who grew there might not know. One unusual fact comes from Rochester, NH. In 2011, a woman went to a Bingo Game, and for some unknown reason, had her mother’s ashes with her. Well, they were stolen from this woman, and so she went to the media, hoping to get the urn back. To her surprise, her mother was on her front doorstep a few days later. Those who have traveled to NH or are from there know that the state motto is “Live free or die young.” But, many don’t know that this was originally a toast made by …show more content…
It’s one of the more appealing sight-seeing places. NH can also be a great place to get away on a little vacation with your family. There aren’t many museums or anything like that in the smaller parts of NH. One great thing that families can do in NH is ice fishing. Many places, such as North Carolina, don’t ever get cold enough to go ice fishing. But, it’s definitely a fun experience. New Hampshire isn’t one of those states that are great or known for many things. But, they are definitely known for their syrup. Homemade, naturally smoked, sweet syrup. There is actually a place in Bethlehem, NH, where they do actual tours and go step by step explaining how the process is done. Wouldn’t that be cool to experience? The sweet syrup comes from the sap out of a sugar maple tree. It’s extraordinary to see how they actually make it, and it’s even better to taste! It is definitely recommended that you try it before leaving NH. New Hampshire is a very interesting, unusual, and special place to those who have been or live there. It’s definitely one of my favorites! New Hampshire will always hold a special place in my heart, and the memories I had there will forever stick with

Every year, my summer consist of my family and I traveling around the states. Boston Massachusetts, was one of the states that built the love and appreciation I have for nature. The Boston Tea Party Museum was located between Congress St and Seaport Blvd. The city its self was appealing. Trees and flowers you’d Normally see on the TV, Big Houses with paintings so bright you think it was painted every-week.The lawns was tidy, plantings and the trees were clipped to purity. Where I was standing, the sidewalks were smooth and clean. No cracks, no unruffled spots. It was the most errorless town I had ever seen. The museum was a long way from the neighbor I was at. The drive didn’t seem like it was half an hour; more like couple of minutes. From…

People in my town are very nice and also caring. You always see someone giving another person encouragement, or making sure that they have all of the love they need. This is a small town, so of course people gossip, and it gets around quick. Overall, Sweet Water is a great town, and I am going to enjoy my last couple of months here.…

A person nose becomes their best friend at a baseball game because without it, the game would not mean as much.
