Ice Skating Team: The Ice Formetts
I am currently on a synchronized ice skating team called The Ice Formetts. In our group we have a team caption, a coach, two line leaders and-now-overall twenty-four skaters. Our team caption focuses on expressive leadership. She tries to keep us all content and working together as a team. Our coach on the other hand, comes up with our programs and can be rather harsh. She does not care if she hurts our feeling, she just cares about the goal-which is to win at competitions. She uses instrumental leadership and we all highly respect her form of leadership.
