First of all, we are both here because we care about a very special community of people. No matter what, this company is about its consumers and their ultimate comfort and happiness. There is a certain way we conduct ourselves here and there are many rules and regulations that must be followed in the process. I appreciate everything that you, my assistant, bring to the table, and I am excited about your potential in this career. This company prides itself on the advancement of the very unique lives that we are able to be a part of. We believe in taking the time to appeal to each individual and their personal situation. The level on which these guys operate differs from person to person, along with their attention span and emotional stability. We have to take all of their personality traits into consideration and tailor our training process according to these traits. This promotes advancement along with positivity, and if we successfully employ both of those things while also passing our state survey, then we are doing our job. We also have a policy about following directions. The way that we approach our consumers is unique, and it is also the pride of our company. Our policies will be followed by our employees at all times. I have been working for this company for four years now. I started at the bottom and worked my way up with dedication and hard work. I work hands on with our clients and our staff to make sure that we are following a realistic lesson plan while the consumer’s wants and needs are also being met. The individualized attention each consumer gets is what ultimately makes them succeed in life, and that is our purpose. The intellectual disabilities that our residents suffer from should not rule their lives; we are here to make sure that they are well taken care of and that they eventually become
