I knew her since kindergarten. Her name is Kristen, she came from a rich family. She can easily have whatever she wants because she was the only child in her family. Her father is a successful business man. And her mother was a great spender. And I'm her best friend.

She used to be a stubborn one and never listen to others. She always think that she is the perfect one and she was right. She would never listen to the advice. She is so herself. Because of her behavior , she seemed to be so lonely among friends. I bet nobody likes her in school , especially the discipline teacher. People were wondering how i could stand her behavior and still so good to her. What did she meant to me? Friend. My Duncan Buddy’s name was Chariteey. She and I did not have that great of a relationship. Some days she would say that she did not like me, while other days she would apologize for saying that she didn’t like me. I think I impacted Chariteey’s life by showing her that you cannot just push people away. Saying “mean” things to people is not ok and I told her that. I told her that it was ok that she said it because she apologized, but that she cannot go around saying things like that to other people. She talks about her mom, but had mentioned that her father died when she was younger. I think her mom is there for her, but not as involved as she could be. She mentions that she goes on “trips” with her friend that is a guy. I was not sure how…

Friendship is a very powerful word. As children are growing up, their parents and family give them a taste of what friendship really is all about. Starting at a young age, it is smart for parents to teach children the significance of friendship. A friend should be someone who tells the other individual when they are doing wrong. They should influence them to do good, give them a shoulder to cry on, and be that person to talk to when sad. Friendships change over time as you move from childhood to adulthood, however, friendship exists in the positive relationships a person builds.…

Being an introverted type of person, I thought being friends with her was for the better. It all seem to click when we met in kindergarten. We thought we were going to be lifelong best friends. Over the years of elementary school, we spent more and more time together and kept growing closer as friends. It was all fun and great until I let her take control of many of my decisions. She would speak for the both of us and do things I didn’t agree with, but I would simply brush it off and continue to follow along. I was giving up my lead role to please my lifelong best friend.…

True friendship means understanding and knowing how your friend is feeling and what mood they are in by the way they are acting, but no matter how many fights and arguments that you and your friends get into it does not matter because true friendship always prevails.James Miller once said that “A friend is someone who knows you as well or better than you know yourself.”(113). those words could not be any truer. Friendship is something that is forged and made over many years and memories.. For many people they become friends when they are children because they grew up and made memories. Sometimes it is not as easy to see someone’s differences, especially when they are internal. Another friend of mine has a cheery, positive attitude in school. Despite her bubbly outward appearance, one day I could see that something was wrong. I know that it is hard to talk about things that are going wrong, so instead of asking her about it, I just offered her support and friendship. Later, she opened up to me that she was going through a tough time as her parents were getting divorced. She appreciated my friendship and now we have become better friends with a greater level of trust.…
