Later on in the story, this statement becomes a dim memory in the minds of the working animals and those that eventually did overthrow Major from the farm, as through a series of events Napoleon comes into power as the new dictator and reinstates the presence of humans on the farm. After the animals overthrew Major and his family, they began to create a new form of government, in which all animals are equal, no animal partakes in human activities, and all animals work for their share of food by farming and working to the benefit of everyone with the abuse of no one. Soon, it becomes apparent that the pigs are smarter than the other animals, and so the two most prominent pigs Snowball (Trotsky) and Napoleon (Stalin) become prominent organizers of the renamed Animal Farm, who are constantly debating and at fault with one another when arguing about the future of the farm.
