In my opinion I agree with the topic, because Britain was not a good country to live in due to the poor conditions that people were living in, in that time and age. There was pollution and diseases left everywhere and it was easy to catch from one person to another. There was a lot of crime and people were getting pickpocketed on a daily basis. There were a lot of convicts which made the prisons overcrowded and hard for them to live and the leaders of Britain did not bother to do anything about this because it cost too much money to build new prisons and they didn’t care enough to do so. There were overcrowded houses and there was no sanitation which made it very easy to catch a sickness or a disease. There were families that were crowded into small rooms and there were a lot of people in one room which was not hygienic and made it easy to catch disease. In Britain there were people who were unemployed, there was rising rents and taxes and bad working conditions which made it overcrowded so the Britain thought it would be a good idea to migrate to Australia.
