Abstract
Google which is known as one of the biggest IT Company and focuses on search, cloud computing, software, and online advertising technologies has established the new product under Project Glass which is Google Glass. In order to make this product successful, Google needs to recognize attributes necessary in developing and successfully commercializing this new product. In this document that focuses on Google Glass product, it will discuss some feasible application considerations when developing a new product development strategy for Google Glass and also the ways to manage innovation within organization in order to stay ahead in competitive environment and from competitor in the industry.
